Terms of Service

By accessing or using the SDIA™ Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

Platform — the SDIA™ assessment system, EMP™, and Behavioural Intelligence module.

DMLC — Demoura Lawson Consulting.

Assessment — the SDIA™ leadership decision assessment and related instruments.

Methodology — the Lead to Inspire™ behaviour observation methodology.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and authorised to enter into binding agreements. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Licence to Use

DMLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform subject to your subscription and these Terms.

4. Assessments & Professional Use

SDIA™ is a professional leadership development tool. It is not a clinical or psychometric diagnosis and should not be used as the sole basis for employment, promotion, or disciplinary decisions. Assessment results must be interpreted by qualified personnel.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, input unlawful content, reverse-engineer the methodology, or process behavioural observation data in a manner that breaches the No Name / No Blame principle.

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Subscription fees are described on our Pricing page and billed in advance. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and your subscription terms.

7. Intellectual Property

SDIA™, EMP™, Lead to Inspire™, and all related content, methodology, and trademarks are the property of Demoura Lawson Consulting. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Confidentiality

Assessment content, behavioural data, and reports are confidential. You will protect them with at least the same care as your own confidential information and share them only with authorised recipients within your organisation.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the No Name / No Blame principle for behavioural observations.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is". DMLC does not warrant that results are error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. SDIA™ is not a substitute for professional clinical, medical, or psychological advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMLC's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months, and excludes indirect or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify DMLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

13. Term & Termination

These Terms apply until terminated. DMLC may suspend or terminate access for breach. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Qatar, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
